Description

To purchase and develop authority owned property, on three parcels totaling approximately a one (1) acre site, located at 1330 Wauwatosa Avenue, known as the Blanchard Street Parking Lot, in the City of Wauwatosa’s Village Business Improvement District. Proposals including affordable housing, a business incubator, mixed use development or such other use that furthers the goals or plans or studies adopted by the Wauwatosa Common Council are strongly encouraged. Ideas should complement the historic nature of the Village, all in accordance with the City’s request for proposal dated November 12, 2020.
