Design and Engineering Services for Electrical and Water System Infrastructure Improvements

CTTA is seeking a consulting team to provide Design and Engineering services for Electrical and Water System Infrastructure improvements throughout the park. The design will include improvements to the entire infrastructure of the park, to include services to each lot and block, all facilities such as: • Lodge that is 8505.5 Square feet on a 7500-gallon gravity septic system and includes to following: o Laundry facility four (4) washing machines and four (4) dryers. o Men’s Restrooms; three (3) toilets, two (2) urinals, two (2) Sinks and three (3) showers o Women’s Restrooms; four (4) toilets, three (3) Sinks four (4) showers o Kitchen serviced with gas oven/range and griddle, sink. • Swimming pool, 80,000 Gallons o Men’s Restrooms; four (4) toilets, two (2) urinals, two (2) Sinks two (2) showers o Women’s Restrooms; four (4) toilets, two (2) Sinks two (2) showers • Thirteen (13) Satellite Restrooms, consisting of separate men and women’s facilities. • Business office, serviced with water, power and private gravity septic system. • Maintenance shops, 720 Sq. ft. with power and 1,120 Sq. ft., with water and power.
