| Description | Custodial Services RPS requires services of qualified firm(s) to provide and/or deliver to the various Richmond Public Schools (Department) custodial services on an as needed basis. The established contract may be awarded to one or more vendors to provide complete on-call custodial services for Richmond Public Schools elementary, middle, high school and career and technical center locations as well as RPS' offices and classroom trailers. Period of Contract: From The period of the contract shall be from the time of school board approval. This contract may be renewed at the sole discretion of RPS for a period of four (4) one-year periods.
