Description

Consists of the rehabilitation of six (6) existing tennis courts by an experienced Design-Build Contractor (DBC). The work shall include all necessary labor and materials for the successful completion of the project, including but not limited to, removal and replacement of chain link fence, removal and replacement of tennis net posts, excavation, existing surface reclamation, surface preparation and rehabilitation, post-tension concrete construction, surfacing, turf establishment, painting of court, etc. Replacement of existing lighting is included as an alternate bid item.
