| Description | Polymerized Emulsion (HFRS-2M & CRS-2M) shall be either an anionic emulsion classified as a high-float, rapid-setting emulsion, or a cationic rapid setting emulsion suitable for seal coating. CSS-1H diluted emulsion shall be standard CSS-1H emulsion formulated to be diluted by 50% for fog seal application. CRS-2M diluted emulsion shall be standard CRS-2M emulsion formulated to be diluted by 50% for fog seal application. |
