| Description | The work of this Contract includes: Replacement of the existing fire sprinkler life safety system piping on the main Admin Building that froze during a recent winter storm when the dry type system was accidently charged on the exterior piping around the North side of the building due to a leak, resulting in 8 different breaks on approximately 90 feet of piping that was found severely weakened by age and deterioration. This project will also include adding new piping and Sprinklers to the South portal area of the building that was added in 2018, but never had fire sprinkler protection included into the addition. |
