This RFP is to solicit competitive sealed proposals from qualified firms, businesses, or individuals for the provision of Emergency Disaster Debris Removal and Disposal Services to assist Boone County, Missouri hereafter referred to as the County, with Emergency Disaster Debris Removal and Disposal Services. Boone County, Missouri intends to enter into agreement(s) with qualified contracting firm(s) to provide services in preparation for natural disasters or other debris-generating events. The County desires to contract with one more contractor(s) for stand-by contract(s) for these services. The resulting contract(s) will be activated in the event of a disaster.
