Resurfacing of Board DD Parking Lot

Ohio Standard Time for the purpose of RESURFACING OF Board DD Parking Lot according to specifications on file in the Logan County Board of Developmental Disabilities. Bids shall be submitted on forms furnished by the Logan County Board Developmental Disabilities in a sealed envelope marked RESURFACING OF Board DD Parking Lot on the outside. Sealed bid shall be submitted to the Logan County Board of DD at the address listed above. Bidders must be ODOT Pre-Qualified: Work Type 10 - Flexible Paving and shall be pre-qualified at the time of bidding, at the time of award and through the life of the construction contract. Bids shall have separate unit prices for all items on each road. Bids will be furnishing labor, equipment, and materials. As specified in R.C. 153.54, a bidder must submit a bid guaranty in the form of either: (1) a bond for the full amount of the bid, or (2) a certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit in the amount of 10% of the bid. Bidders shall comply with the provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. Bids will be awarded to the lowest and best bidder, based on the grand total. The Board of DD reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any defects in the bids.
