Roadway Pavement Markings, Street/Road Intersection Construction and Repair, Paving (Trail Paving), Construction, Sidewalks/Curbs/Gutters, Traffic Control Devices (Signals, Signing, etc.) Description of Work: the Work Includes the Construction of Approximately: 755 Lf Remove Curb & Gutter 20,569 Sf Concrete Walk 1749 Sy Remove Concrete Pavement 743 Lf Concrete Curb & Gutter 339 Sy Bituminous Trail 1715 Sf Concrete Driveway together with numerous related items of work, all in accordance with Plans and Specifications. This project is subject to Prevailing Wage Rates, Truck Rentals, Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Goals, Equal Employment Opportunity Provisions, Buy American Iron and Steel Provisions, and Responsible Contractor Certification. Minimum wage rates to be paid by the Contractors have been predetermined and are subject to the Work Hours Act of 1962, P.L. 87-581 and implementing regulations.
