Plans call for the construction of a two-story senior living facility and the conversion of a vacant church into a health and human services building. As of August 4,2022, the project is still in for site plan approvals. The owner is in the process of fund raising. No applications or building permits have been submitted into the Village of Hilton. The bid and construction timeline are contingent upon tax credit approval, of which there is no current timeline of approval established.
