Description

The contractor shall provide all labor and materials required to remove the old carpet from the EMMO area and to install new carpet. The new carpet to be installed shall be high voltage tile, #0100 Electra. The size of the area to be re-carpeted is approximately 2,100 square feet. The contractor shall provide all materials, labor, and rigging necessary to complete the job. The contractor shall provide a one (1) year warranty on parts and labor of all work completed during this project. The warranty shall be in addition to the warranty that covers the actual carpet.
