Pump House Above Ground Tanks Installation

Scope of Work: 1. Bids from vendors to award a contract for the complete removal and disposal of one (1) 20,000 gallon unleaded and one (1) 10,000-gallon diesel underground fiberglass fuel tanks and fuel lines, and other necessary components located at 620 Small Hill, Grand Prairie, TX 75051. Scope will also include replacement of soil and concrete to a “like new” condition after excavation. 2. The contract will also include complete installation of two (2) 12,000 gallon UL 2085 double walled FIREGUARD tanks, fuel lines and tank monitoring and tank gauging to include all materials, labor, equipment, tools and all items and services necessary for installation of the aboveground tanks. 3. The contract will also include complete removal and disposal of a two (2) column 30W' X 50L' X 16'H (estimated) canopy to include all materials, labor, equipment, tools and all items and service necessary for complete removal of existing canopy. 4. The contract will also include complete installation of a two(2) column 30W' X 60L' X 16'H (clearance height-bottom of fascia) canopy to include all materials, labor, equipment, tools and all items and service necessary for installation of the canopy. 5. The contract will also include complete installation of one (1) 750 gallon Blue USA island friendly mini-bulk DEF plus dispensing and storage system with the following options: heater with thermostat, housing exhaust fan, overfill prevention valve, product filter, second dispenser to include all materials, labor, equipment, tools and all items and services necessary for installation and integration with FMS. 6. The contract will also include complete installation of two (2) new dual hose products dispensing units to include all materials, labor, equipment, tools and all items and services necessary for installation and integration with FMS. 7. The contract will also include complete installation of one (1) new Franklin Fueling Systems Incon TS-550 EVO Fuel Management System to include all materials, labor, equipment, tools and all items and services necessary for installation and integration with FMS. 8. The contract will also include complete installation of all new electrical for fueling system to include all materials, labor, equipment, tools and all items and services necessary for installation. 9. This scope will include submittal of design and ACC required engineering drawings for the placement of the tanks, canopy, and dispensing and storage system on the property at the location designated by City staff, including specifications for detailing, the concrete pad, and other support and safety measures required.
