| Description | Roadside brushcutting: tractor mounted rotary cutter with operator able to cut a minimum of 5 lane miles per day. Contractor must utilize a form of brush cutting equipment capable of cutting to within no more than 6 inches of the surface of the ground and loess than 10 feet above grade. The contractor must cut the brush cleanly and uniformly. All equipment must have proper safety devices installed and operational at all times.
