| Description | Installation of quartz tile flooring in two classroom at the Hanover Street School. The existing flooring and mastic in the rooms will be removed by others. New quartz tile flooring will be installed according to the manufactures recommendations. Leveling of low area with moisture tolerant patching compound and removal of projections is required. Room 123 has 265 square feet of epoxy flooring which will require smoothing and the transition from the epoxy floor to the concrete floor will require leveling. |
