Cabarrus Woods Subdivision Water Main Upgrade

To provide professional services for the Cabarrus Woods Subdivision Water Main Upgrade. The Town is seeking firms that are knowledgeable in waterline services and whose expertise will provide timely, professional services to the Town. Consulting and Design Services for Cabarrus Woods Subdivision Water Main Upgrade This project involves a two-phase design process. Phase 1 includes approximately 820 LF of 10-inch water main along Starwood Dr (Larewood Dr to Plaza Rd Extension) and 3,100 LF of 6-inch water main along Larewood Dr, Vandora Dr, River Falls Dr, a span to the north of River Falls Dr, and Arbor Dale Ave. FY22-RFQ Cabarrus Woods Subdivision Water Main Upgrade Page 3 of 4 Phase 2 includes approximately 3,500 LF of 6-inch water main along Midvale Ter, Holly Tree Dr, Greenwood Ct, Branch St, Whittlington Dr, Rockwood Rd, Landon St, and White Pine Rd. The design of both phases will incorporate items including permitting, environmental permitting, easement preparation, and bid administration.
