| Description | Approximately 2,000 ton m/l of PennDOT approved 2RC or 2A aggregate, and/or DSA that meets the specs of the Environmentally Sensitive Dirt & Gravel Road Program. Ridgebury Township reserves the right to divide the 2,000 tons between both 2RC, 2A and/or DSA material or award it as one bid of 2,000 tons. Bidders must show proof of certification of all materials. Bid shall include both a price for material to be tail-gated on location and a price to be stock-piled at our location. All bidders should be aware that a minimum of four trucks per hour is required when tail-gating. Ridgebury Township reserves the right to reject any and/ or all loads of material. | ||
