| Description | The project is for the replacement of a flat roof (28:1 slope) for the noted building within the Township DPW yard, located at the extension of East Front Street in Port Colden. The roof area is approximately 4,600 sq ft. The work generally consists of the Removal and Disposal of the existing roof (3" Fiber Board + Tar Paper + 3" Fiber Board + Rolled Membrane); Repair of corrugated steel roof decking if and where required; Supply and mechanically attach Polyisocyanurate Insulation with thickness to provide an R30 rating; Supply and Install wood perimeter blocking; Supply and install 0.060 thick, black EPDM membrane; Include necessary flashing and edgings; Supply and install 6" seamless gutter along rear (lower) edge of roof and leader pipes and necessary to splash pads. |
