Description

The contractor shall perform full custodial (vacuuming, mopping, restroom and shower cleaning, interior glass, light dusting) to the 10 bedroom Alert Facility as identified below for the 117th Air Refueling Wing, ANG, Birmingham, Alabama, in accordance with commercial standards and the requirements of this SOW. Performance shall be in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory facility condition and present a neat, clean and professional working environment at all times at frequencies determined by the contractor. Performance will be based on appointed Building Manager’s evaluation of results, not the frequency or method of performance, unless frequency or method is specified below. The evaluation of results will be based on the tenant satisfaction, inspections of service.
