| Description | Bids from well-established Contractors located in the Aurora area to provide multiple types of Commercial Custodial Cleaning Service in six (6) City owned buildings with approximately 511,510 square feet of cleanable area. The Contractor will be responsible for furnishing all cleaning equipment, cleaning supplies, paper products, materials, dispenser batteries, labor, labor supervision, transportation, and any additional items necessary to ensure all custodial services tasks are complete each day. The City is divided into three (3) separate Custodial areas: North, South and Aurora Municipal Center Campus (AMC). |
