Meeker Building Additions

Qualified General Contractors are invited to bid on the construction of multiple additions to an existing 8-bay Vehicle Storage Facility (VSF) in Meeker, CO. The existing building is a 140 foot by 40 foot pre-engineered metal building and the (4) additions will add (1) 10 feet to the front of the existing building, (2) a 25 foot by 50 foot wash bay to the west, (3) a 40 foot by 50 foot vehicle storage bay to the east, and (4) a 26 foot by 30 foot extension to one bay on the rear/north side of the building, making it a 11,596 square foot facility. Additionally, the project will remodel the building to provide new restrooms and office space as well as additional equipment and plumbing fixtures. The exterior walls shall receive a new 8-inch concrete curb, new insulation, metal siding and interior finishes. The standing seam roof and roof insulation shall also be replaced. The existing metal structure and foundations shall remain.
