| Description | The total estimated construction cost for the base bid is $7,700,000.00 Sealed bids will be received by the Board of Trustees of the Columbus Metropolitan Library as provided in this notice for the Main Library HVAC Replacement Project. Questions may be directed to procurement@columbuslibrary.org by the deadline in the Contract Documents. Any bid arriving after the deadline will be marked late and will receive no consideration as non-responsive. All bids must include a Bid Guaranty, as described in the Instructions to Bidders.
