Any contractor wishing to bid must complete and have on file the Qualifications of the General Contractor Form which is included in the bid packet and a current Mississippi Contractors License. Bidders shall submit a bid for the cost of construction. All bidders shall know that the City of Grenada shall accept the lowest and best bid. Bidders must comply with Section 3 of the HUD ACT of 1968, the Anti Kickback Act, the Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act, and the Presidents Executive Order No. 11246.
