Main Beach Flat Roofs Replacement

Sealed proposals for Main Beach flat roofs replacement, McHenry County, Illinois, will be received. The contract will be awarded at a Board Meeting of the Park Board of Commissioners on September 8th, 2022, at 6:30 p.m. 2. DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK - The scope of work involves furnishing all of the required labor, materials, equipment, implements, parts and supplies necessary for, or appurtenant to, replacement of flat roofs with Black EPDM, in accordance with the specifications dated July 28th, 2022, and any authorized change orders which have been signed by both parties. 3. Each bid shall also include three (3) references of clients for which similar work was performed, listing the name, address and telephone number of the client, a description of the work, and the construction cost. 4. ILLINOIS PREVAILING WAGE ACT - All contracts for the Construction of Public Works are subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130/1-12). 5. REJECTION OF BIDS - The Crystal Lake Park District reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive technicalities.
