| Description | Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment and materials required for: A new LEED Silver Certified Community Building including but not limited to: partial demolition of the existing community building and conversion to a shelter; solar panel system; the construction of a new Community Center; a dedicated, memorial, tree; re-stripping of the parking lot; new sidewalks; a covered loggia; trash container enclosure; and a kayak ramp/launch area,with further work identified in the contract documents. There are three Alternates: Alt. 1- Install Brick Pavers in walkways shown on sheet A101, in lieu of stamped concrete. Alt. 2 - Provide a solid surface counter top and backsplash (Sheet A505). Alt. 3 - Remove EWH1 and EWH2 from scope and install two (2) new tankless EWH. | ||||||||||||||||||||
