The project is a renovation of an existing science lab building that will include interior demolition and renovation, an exterior entry addition and landscaping. The work will include, but, be limited to hazardous abatement, selected demolition of a significant 1930's building. Renovation will include new entry, a gallery space with modern digital technology, relocation of existing lab occupants, and offices within the building, landscaping on north and south sides of the building. Dates of Commencement: May 6, 2023 ; All work for this project must December 20, 2022 and must be completed by the end of the day on July 31, 2024 Estimated construction value of the Project will range between $11,000,000.00 to $12,000,000.00. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
