Contractor shall supply all tools, material, hardware, and technical support necessary to perform and direct the work as necessary to complete this project. Ideally, repairs will be conducted without shutting down the facilities HVAC. Therefore, Bids will include an overview narrative explaining how the repairs will be conducted including planned or predicted HVAC interruptions. All Towers 1. Complete fill kit change-out. 2. Removing the existing PVC hanging sheet fill material and the existing supports. Provide and install new OEM BAC BACross fill material complete with new 304 Stainless Steel supports. 3. Upgrade all galvanized side panels to 304-SST to match the hot & cold-water basin materials.
