New 60 mil EPDM roof system for Millard Public Schools/Morton Elementary School-Roof A, located at 1805 S. 160th St, Omaha, NE 68130. The project includes removal of existing BUR systems and flashings, minor deck patching, and re-roofing with a new fully adhered 60 mil EPDM roof system, polyiso insulation, cover board, new flashings, cap metal, wood nailers, and miscellaneous sheet metal work. It also includes minor mechanical work. Area to be re-roofed is approx. 23,106 S.F. If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. Bid Documents are available PURCHASE ONLY.
