Description

This contract will be valid for one year. prices shall be quoted in the unit of measure specified, and unless otherwise specified, shall be exclusive of State and Parish taxes. As per LSA-RS 47:301 et seq., all governmental bodies are excluded from payment of sales taxes to any Louisiana taxing body.Any questions pertaining to this bid should be directed to Fincontracts@kenner.la.us . No questions/inquiries shall be directed to the Department of General Services nor any of its employees during the bid process period. The City of Kenner Reserves the Right to Accept or Reject Any and All Bids, in Whole or in Part and Waive Informalities. City of Kenner reserves the right to cancel all or any part if not shipped promptly. The order must not be filled at a higher price than quoted.
