115 Highland Avenue Renovations for Health Dept and Veterans' Affairs Office

The project includes but is not limited to: interior fit-out and renovation of roughly 12,000 SF and will include entire basement first and second floor common areas, as well as 26,000 SF of site work at the Wheeler Centre located at 115 Highland Avenue. Prevailing Wages shall apply. All bidders are required to submit a 10% original Bid Bond with their submissions packet. The Oblige is the City of Bridgeport. The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for 100% Payment and Performance and Bonds, in the forms included in the Specifications. Bidders will not be notified of Addenda if they do not access the project documents through Bid Sync. The contractor must be licensed in the State of Connecticut or provide Certificate of Authority to work in the state. All employees must be properly certified, trained, and qualified to perform the work. Each bidder shall provide a DAS pre-qualification certificate issued by the State of Connecticut and an update statement.
