Access Control Assessment & Implementation

ECMCC is seeking proposals from qualified security system vendors to assess its existing access control system and make recommendations for improvements. Upon reviewing these assessments, vendor may then be asked to implement these improvements. Accordingly, proposals should take the form of two phases, with Phase I outlining the respondent’s proposed assessment services and the Phase II describing vendor’s implementation of a new electronic access control devices for patients, guests and staff on ECMCC’s campus. Proposals should include separate pricing for each Phase. The agreement entered into between ECMCC and the successful respondent will include Phase I, with Phase II optional at ECMCC’s discretion.
