Phase I: Along South Street,from dead end west of Stewart Street to Maple Street. Along Market Street from Main Street to Jefferson Street. Along Elm Street from William Street to Jefferson Street. Along Sylvia Drive from SR4 to the dead end of William Street. Phase II: Along Maple Avenue from dead end west of Oak Street to SR 23. Along Pine Street from dead end west of Oak Street to SR 23. Along Cedar Street from dead end west of Oak Street to SR 23. Along Oak Street from Cedar Street to Maple Avenue. Phase III: Along Price Street from SR 23 to Reed Street. Along Reed Street from Liberty Street to SR 23. Along Jefferson Street from Liberty Street to Wabash Avenue. Work elements include mill and overlay asphalt pavement,grading, drywell, sidewalk, curb ramps, tree removal,curb, and adjust castings.
