| Description | The County of Delaware Department of Public Works is soliciting proposals for Electrical System Upgrades for Rose Tree Park This project involves new electric service, new transformers, new underground primary and secondary feeders, and four (4) electric vehicle charging stations. Unless otherwise provided, in any supplement to these instructions to respondent, no respondent shall modify, withdraw, or cancel the proposal or any part thereof for sixty (60) days after the time designated for the receipt of proposal in the advertisement or Request for Proposal.
