The scope of work for this project includes an approximate 5,759-sf building consisting of pre-engineered metal building construction. Exterior pre-engineered metal building roof and wall panel systems with split faced CMU veneer wainscot, interior and exterior painting, floor finishes and ceiling. Electronics, doors and hardware. Mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems. Exterior site improvements including grading and drainage, asphalt and concrete paving, site utilities. Bid security in the amount of 5% of the base bid will be required to accompany bids. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularity in the bids and in the bidding.
