Site Improvements Sherman Village Park 1200 Rail Fence Drive Sherman, Illinois Project Description: Various site improvements consisting of fencing, light bollards, concrete work, masonry, splash pad, plumbing and electrical work. Trades: General, Fencing, Electrical All proposals shall be enclosed and sealed in an envelope indicating on the outside the name of the contractor, project description, and date of bid opening. All bids are to be accompanied by a certified check, bank draft, or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid. All bids shall include the cost of furnishing bonds covering the faithful performance of the Contract and payment of all obligations arising thereunder. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids. All Bidders are to comply with the requirements of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) Document A701, Instructions to Bidders, 1997.
