Renovation of the Fergus Falls MN National Guard Armory

The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. 1. Complete renovation of 18,000 square foot Armory building. Complete overhaul of HVAC. Complete overhaul of electrical. New finish work including carpet and epoxy flooring, paint. New configurations and new partitions. 2. EPDM roof replacement. 3. Window replacement. 4. New enclosed mechanical equipment pad. 5. Parking lot replacement and site grading. 6. Construction and replacement of sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and water main. 7. Replacement of Electrical/Mechanical/Plumbing systems. This project has a 4% TG/ED/VO subcontracting goal.
