| Description | Reference Number 0000327539 The scope of work includes the controlled demolition/removal of the friable and non-friable asbestos containing roofing tars, all associated non-asbestos containing building materials, and the underlying 2" of soil. Once the gross debris is removed from the surface of the soil, 2" of soil shall be removed. If any material or debris is found, the process or removing 2" of soil shall be repeated. All generated waste shall be disposed of as friable asbestos waste. All work on this project shall be performed in strict accordance with the CDPHE approved project work plan and all notifications must be approved by the CDPHE Air Pollution Control Division (APCD) prior to implementation. A separate project design shall be submitted for the project once the GAC is selected. |
