Description

The project consists of the following: 1. Adding a new motorized awning included all required steel support structure. 2. Installation of signage 3. Handrail modification, including the painting of existing railings. 4. Minor Sidewalk modifications to alleviate trip hazards to create a safe walking path and minor masonry repairs. 5. The rework of doors, including hardware modifications. 6. Electrical upgrades including lighting, fire alarm, emergency lighting, PA upgrades and electrical wiring for the motorized awning in the courtyard.
