| Description | The project consists of the following: removing the existing spray foam roof (approximately 5060 square feet) and replacing it with a new a standing seam metal roof over rigid insulation. New roof flashing will be installed. The existing brick control joint will need to be cleaned and new sealant installed. A portion of the existing brick, parapet wall will be covered with lap siding. Two of the existing overhead doors will be removed. Both door head heights will be raised 2 feet and new insulated overhead doors will be installed |
