Frear Park, Phase 1 Golf Course Improvements

Installation of fairway drainage on Holes 2 and 9-16. Installation of subdrainage into existing green of Hole 12. Renovation and addition of tees on Holes 2, 10, 13 & 14. Renovation and addition of sand bunkers on several holes. Development of new short game practice facility including chipping green, sand bunker and approach fairway. Removal of existing cart path and development of new asphalt paths at Holes 2 and 10. Work to include existing turf removal; grading of new features; topsoiling of disturbed areas; provision and installation of irrigation improvements; finish work and sodding and seeding of all work areas
