The purpose of the project is rebuild a failed road, install new waterline, replace old sewer manholes, and provide continuous ADA sidewalk path. The design is planned to take place from 2022-2023 which includes review of CCTV footage provided by COR in 2023. There will likely be a sanitary sewer rehabilitation project in 2024 and the waterline and road work in 5th and Ute will take place in 2025.
