Description

The project includes the removal of existing Chiller, Boiler, AHU’s, pumps, and associated equipment in an existing building. The contractor will install new Chiller, Boiler, AHU’s, pumps, and associated equipment in the building. The contractor will also remove the existing roof built-up roof and replace it with a rubber membrane roof.
