As per the Owner the Project has been cancelled B2190 Munitions Load/Unload Facilities DKFX 1051228 THIS SOLICITATION IS ISSUED AS A 100% WOMEN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS (WOSB) SET-ASIDE USING TRADEOFF PROCEDURES AND THE PROVISIONS OF SECTIONS L and M. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, and supervision necessary to complete the Munitions Load/Unload Facilities for Buildings B2190DKFX 1051228 at Joint Base Charleston, SC. NOTICE TO OFFEROR(S)/SUPPLIER(S): FUNDS ARE NOT PRESENTLY AVAILABLE FOR THIS EFFORT. NO AWARD WILL BE MADE UNDER THIS SOLICITATION UNTIL FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE. THE GOVERNMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THIS SOLICITATION, EITHER BEFORE OR AFTER THE CLOSING DATE. IN THE EVENT THE GOVERNMENT CANCELS THIS SOLICITATION, THE GOVERNMENT HAS NO OBLIGATION TO REIMBURSE AN OFFEROR FOR ANY COSTS. Project Magnitude: Between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. We request that offerors park within the yellow line on the Site Visit Map under Section J Attachments. Offerors are encouraged to attend and are requested to contact Robert Crossland, Program Manager at robert.crossland@us.af.mil or 843-200-0639 NLT 10 Feb 2023, 12:00 EST if you plan to attend. Please CC Contract Specialist, Lindsay Bonnema at lindsay.bonnema@us.af.mil. Special arrangements will be required to gain access to Joint Base Charleston, SC. Government transportation will be provided to transport attendees to the project site (B2194 /B2196. Attendees will not have to obtain a visitor's pass to access the Visitor Control Center parking lot. However, ensure attendees have a valid driver's license, vehicle registration, and proof of insurance available for background check to gain access to the base. Some delays should be anticipated. Offerors should allow sufficient time to arrive on time at the Visitor Control Center parking lot." The purpose of this conference is to visit the construction site, clarify the statement of work and terms of the solicitation, and to answer any questions concerning the solicitation. Submission of questions prior to the conference is encouraged.
