| Description | The Contractor must provide qualified, certified, competent Conveyance Mechanics and Electricians, tools, transportation, and equipment necessary to provide monthly preventative maintenance, yearly inspection, and on-call repair service, for four (4) elevators located within the jurisdictional area of the San Luis Field Division. Any work not specifically mentioned, but which is needed to make the maintenance complete within the intent of the specification, must be performed without additional cost. The Contractor must systematically examine, adjust, and lubricate the elevators to provide preventative maintenance as frequently as indicated in this agreement. |
