Description

Approximately 2.2 miles in length of an existing open channel drain. Project consists of open channel cleanout, tree clearing, and replacement of culverts. A security deposit in the form of a cashier's check, money order, certified check or bidders bond shall be submitted with any bids. No cash will be permitted. The security deposits of all unsuccessful bidders shall be returned after the Contract is awarded. The Professional will transmit to all prospective bidders of record an Addendum as the Professional considers necessary in response to questions arising at the conference. Oral statements may not be relied upon and will not be legally effective.
