| Description | The work includes the installation and takedown of all lights and displays in the interior Gardens, as well as, in the exterior entrance at Pinecrest Gardens. The firm will provide a staff member on-site for maintenance of the display/lights every night throughout the last date of the event and guarantee that the firm without 24 hours will respond to all major outages. The areas for the 2021 installation will be: 3 to 8, 22, 24 and 29. See attachment 1 “Pinecrest Gardens Map” for reference. The areas are subject to change. In addition, lake area will be added for years 2022 and 2023. |
