Description | Contractor agrees to furnish all tools, equipment, apparatus, facilities, labor and materials and transportation necessary to perform and complete in a good and workmanlike manner to the satisfaction of District, all work called for and in the manner designated in, and in strict accordance with, the Contract Documents as defined in Section 2 here of, the Work for the Del Campo HS - Sitewide Flooring, BP #23-214, Project #207-9233-P1. Scope of Work including but not limited to: All work associated with sitewide flooring removal and replacement including abatement and demolition at various locations. No bid will be considered unless it is accompanied by Cashier's Check, Certified Check or Bid Bond from a surety authorized to do business in California for ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid, including additive Alternate Bids, made payable to the District. The above-mentioned check or bid bond shall be given as a guarantee that the Bidder shall, if selected by the District, execute the Contract, in conformance with the Contract Documents. Bids shall not expire for a period of 90 days after the date set for the bid opening. Within ten (10) days after notification of the District's Notice of Intent to Award the Contract, the successful Bidder will be required to furnish a Labor and Material Bond and a Faithful Performance Bond. License required: C15 - Flooring Contractor Overall coordination of the Project will be the responsibility of the District Representative.
