CDBG - DR Lincoln Cedars and Julie Ann Villa Drainage Improvements

The Project entails: Lincoln Cedars: The project consists of the removal and replacement of the existing roadway, driveways, and storm sewer pipe/ culverts. The improvements consist of a new 28’ wide concrete curb and gutter roadway, and an improved drainage system consisting of 4’x2’ RCB and 18” to 24” diameter storm sewer, manholes/ junction boxes and inlets. Julie Ann Villa: The project entails of the removal and replacement of the existing asphalt roadway along South Circle Drive and portion of East Circle Drive The roadway will be replaced with HMAC overlay. A storm sewer system will be installed along with manholes/junction boxes and storm sewer inlets. Existing driveways, culverts, storm pipe, and storm structures are to be removed. Furthermore, the driveways are to be replaced with in-kind material.
