| Description | The City of College Park is accepting sealed proposals from qualified persons, firms, or companies for the above-advertised solicitation. Proposals received after the above date and time, or in any other location other than the Purchasing Department will not be considered. All minority, woman-owned, and small business owners are strongly encouraged to submit a proposal for this solicitation. The Contract will be awarded to the most responsive offer or, not always the lowest cost determined to meet the requirements and criteria set forth within the solicitation. It shall be the person, firm, or companys responsibility to check the Citys website under the Purchasing Department for all/any published addenda. The City of College Park reserves the right to reject any or all bids based on past performance, waive technicalities and in formalities and re-advertise. |
