SECTION 000200 - NOTICE TO BIDDERS A. The Roycemore School (hereinafter referred to as the Owner) will receive bids for the Innovation Center Build-Out Phase 01 project until 1:30 PM., local time, on Thursday, May 18th, 2023 at the Office of Roycemore School, 1200 Davis Street, Evanston, IL 60201. B. Bids will be publicly opened and read at the time noted above. C. Digital Contract Documents may be obtained by Bidding Contractors from the Architect of Record, Cordogan Clark & Associates. Contact: Arthi Upendram, aupendram@cordoganclark.com on or after 9am, Tuesday, May 2nd, 2023. Contractor shall send an email with their company name, trade, and representative contact information to receive a link for the digital download of the documents. All printing will be the responsibility of the Contractor. D. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of a) Bid Bond or b) Certified Check in the amount of 10% of the Base Bid (plus additive alternates) made payable to the Owner. E. A RECOMMENDED pre-bid conference will be held at 11:00 A.M., local time, on Monday May 8th, 2023 at the main entrance of the school building at 1200 Davis Street, Evanston, IL 60201. All bidders must visit the site prior to bid submittal. F. All bidders are required to visit the site. If a bidder cannot attend the pre-bid conference they will need to schedule a visit with the Owner prior to the bid submittal date. G. The Contractor shall pay, if applicable, not less than the prevailing rate of wages as established, to all laborers, workmen and mechanics in the performance of Work under this Contract in accordance with "An Act regulating wages of laborers, mechanics and other employed under contracts of Public Works." 820 ILCS 130/1 et seq. H.
