Boiler Replacement and DDC Installation Mosinee Readiness Center

As of January 3, 2024, the project has not been awarded. A timeline for award has not been confirmed. Replace Boiler and Install AC and DDC Bid Guarantee in the amount of 10% of the Bid must accompany each bid submitted. In general, the work consists of replacing the existing steam boiler system with more efficient hot water boiler system, replace the existing steam/condensate piping throughout the facility with hot water supply and return piping, replace steam terminal units with hot water terminal unit. Provide complete DDC system to control and monitor the HVAC system. Provide new electrical service and building electrical distribution system. New ceilings and lighting will be provided in the office area to accommodate new hot water piping.
